Named for the gritty, industrial port city, this Hell's Kitchen kitchen imbues the Film Center Building with a Casablanca-era French-Moroccan feel, replete with tile floor and zinc bar, but no piano. Chef Andy D'Amico maintains the Mediterranean flavor with moroccan chicken, moules Provencale, and the inevitable bouillabaisse.
