Profile

Enid's sits at the handy nexus of Williamsburg, Greenpoint and allegedly trendy "East Williamsburg." That positioning allows locals and across-the-water friends to storm through: the Williamsburg kids complaining about the East Village, the Greenpointers carping about Williamsburg and the East Siders talking smack about all of the above. But that DJ's a uniter, not a divider. There's plenty of thrift—salvaged seating, and ample window space makes it easy to play "spot the local" or "name that look." The boys are all cute in that skinny, squeeze-him-till-he-breaks kind of way; the girls just wanna ride their pony-print shirts into an airbrushed '80s sunset.
